1. About Avadh Yatra

2. Enquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting a form, contacting us by phone or WhatsApp, or receiving an initial response does not automatically confirm a ticket, vehicle, cab, rental, fare, schedule or reservation.

A booking is considered confirmed only when the relevant authorized travel operator or service provider confirms it through an appropriate confirmation or booking document. Any applicable payment requirements must also be completed as communicated by the authorized provider.

Do not assume that travel arrangements are confirmed until you have received the required confirmation.

3. Travel Services and Third-Party Providers

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Do not make a payment merely because you have submitted an enquiry. Payment instructions, if applicable, should be provided through the authorized booking provider or an officially communicated payment process.

Cancellation, modification, refund and rescheduling conditions depend on the relevant service provider and the specific booking. Please review these conditions before completing a booking or making payment.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, submitting an enquiry does not create an entitlement to a refund because no booking payment is collected merely through the enquiry submission process.
